The scope of this project was the complete construction of a new elementary school building for grades K-8. The new school building includes a gym, cafeteria, kitchen, library and classroom space.
Additional building features of Hornsby Elementary School include Terrazzo flooring throughout, metal and EPDM roofing, heavy steel structure, regular weight CMU and brick veneer.
The project’s site work included existing home demolition, grading, site storm, fire line, domestic water line, parking lot, loading dock, landscaping, and a covered bus pickup area.
