THE RW ALLEN CONSTRUCTION PARTNERS

RW Allen Construction has more than 60 full time employees working in three offices and across seven Southeastern states. Each of our partners is an established leader in our organization who has been with the company for a minimum of 10 years. Scott Clark, CEO, has worked at RW Allen since 1985; having a partner with 40 years experience on the job speaks volumes about our commitment to quality work and fostering an incredible workplace culture. 

In 2016, RW Allen established the Leadership ACTS of Excellence Initiative. We believe that accountability, collaboration, trust, and service are the qualities that make our team successful, informing every project that we complete. 

Robin Allen

Chairwoman
Robin Reeve Allen hails from Carrollton, Georgia. She is a proud graduate of Auburn University, where she studied Music Education. After college, in 1976, she and her husband Rick W. Allen started a small construction company; R. W. Allen and Associates General Contractors.

Robin and Rick have four adult children and 14 grandchildren. Robin continued her love of music. She was a pianist and the children’s choir director at Trinity on the Hill United Methodist Church for 20 years while also teaching piano lessons. In 2014, Rick won his election for a seat in the U.S. Congress. He and Robin now divide their time between Georgia and Washington, D.C. In 2017 Robin stepped into the role of Chairwoman for RW Allen Construction, which she still currently holds.

Scott A. Clark

CEO
Scott graduated from Auburn University in 1985 where he studied Building Science. Upon graduation, he joined R.W. Allen & Associates in 1985 as Project Engineer. He was then promoted to Project Administrator in 1987; Senior Project Administrator in 1989; Vice President of Project Development in 1992; and took on the roles of Executive Vice President/Senior Project Administrator in 1996. In 2008, Scott became President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of R. W. Allen. In 2017, he maintained his President title and became Chief Executive Officer. In 2025, Scott handed off the title of President to John Martin. Scott still holds his seat as the CEO of RW Allen.

Scott’s many years of experience and the breadth of his roles with our organization have provided him with the expertise and knowledge to effectively lead RW Allen Construction. He is goal-oriented and his passion for the construction industry is a leading example for all RWA employees.

John Martin

President
John Martin graduated in 1997 from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction and a minor in Business Management. Later that year, he joined R.W. Allen as a Project Estimator. In 1998 he was promoted to Project Engineer; Project Administrator in 1999; Senior Project Administrator in 2003; Vice President of Operations in 2008; Executive Vice President in 2017; President in 2025.

Throughout the course of his career, John Martin has acquired the knowledge and disciplines necessary to ensure the seamless construction of projects, regardless of any potential interruptions such as material delivery delays or subcontractor scheduling issues. He has successfully managed work across all market segments, including institutional, educational, industrial, healthcare and other projects. John’s experience makes him the perfect person to oversee and help the entire RWA organization.

Brad Lynch

Executive Vice President
Brad Lynch graduated from Clemson University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science and Management and a minor in Business Administration. He joined RW Allen Construction in 2006 as a Project Engineer. He was promoted to Project Manager in 2009; Senior Project Manager in 2017; Executive Vice President in 2025.

Brad has been instrumental in the success of RW Allen Construction. He has provided leadership and training for the next generation of RW Allen employees. Brad has also been vital in the roll out of several new RWA initiatives.

Chuck McRee

Vice President of Project Development
Chuck McRee graduated from Auburn University in 1994, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. In April 1994, Chuck joined R.W. Allen, serving in the role of Project Estimator. He was promoted Project Engineer in 1996 and then Project Administrator in 1999.

In 2004, Chuck stepped into Director of Preconstruction within RW Allen’s Procurement Department. He provided reconstruction services for clients in addition to developing updated presentation and interview materials for potential projects. Chuck was then promoted to Vice President of Project Development in 2017 where he now oversees preconstruction, marketing, and business development.

In his current role for RW Allen, Chuck oversees the development of project costing and the deliverables needed for the clients. He works closely with the marketing department in the refining of presentation materials and the increase in our social media and digital presence. He also works closely with the company’s business development department.

Matt Warren

Vice President of Projects
Matt Warren graduated from East Georgia College in 2009 and joined the RW Allen team as a Project Manager in 2017, bringing with him more than 11 total years of experience in the commercial construction industry. Matt was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 2021; Head of the Savannah office in 2024; Vice President of Projects in 2025.

Throughout his career he has managed large-scale projects in many construction markets, including industrial, educational, medical, retail and office space. His attention to detail, efficiency in schedule management, and communication strategy have established him as a leader amongst the RW Allen team.
