The Wilson Family Y Athletic Complex expansion/renovation project off Wheeler Road in Augusta, Georgia had R. W. Allen serve as General Contractor. We worked on a fast-track basis with the Owner, Architect, and Engineers to produce a set of construction documents and a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract that met the Owner’s budget and scheduling goals. R.W. Allen performed extensive value engineering considering optional materials and constructability.
The Family Y Athletic Complex includes gymnasium space, racquetball courts, athletic sports flooring and an indoor and outdoor pool with interactive water features.
