This project at Georgia State Floral was a renovation of an existing warehouse to accommodate a wholesale floral operation that sits on 13.4 acres of land. Within the confines of the warehouse, all of which was part of the project scope, is a storefront entry, warehouse manager desk, copy/ reception counter, break room, storage room, bathrooms, five (5) offices, stockroom, cooler area for employees only, conference room, merchandise display area, flower prep area, and delivery and customer loading areas.
Georgia State Floral required a lot of installations to complete the job. An exhaust fan was installed in the stockroom, restrooms, and three (3) work areas. In addition, we installed a stainless steel rangehood in the kitchenette, an ACR nitrogen charged refrigeration pipe, the heating and air conditioning unit, gas unit heater, steel merchandise racks, and indoor and outdoor heat pumps. Georgia State Floral was proactive in being green and environmentally friendly by having Solatubes installed in the ceiling for lighting.
