Graniteville, South Carolina
Hickman Hall was a huge historic renovation in the center of Graniteville, SC. The three-story building was originally built in 1907 and used for social events. The scope of repairs necessary included the fire escape, coffered ceilings, original wainscot, floor patching and leveling, standing seam roof replacement, and the restoration of every fireplace.
Hickman Hall now houses eleven administrative offices, two open offices, a conference room, community kitchenettes, town museum, new elevator, and a gorgeous wooden staircase with custom railings.
