R. W. Allen was chosen by Walton Rehabilitation Hospital to construct both the Rehabilitation and Assisted Living facility (Phase I) and the Independent Living addition (Phase II) for the new Harison Heights campus. Phase I consisted of assisted living, rehabilitation,
and full time care services as well as independent living condominiums. Phase II was strictly a 6-bed condominium addition to the facility. Phase II of the Harison Heights project consisted of two buildings with three condos in each building.
