RW Allen Construction had to fast track this renovation design because the design was not fully complete when we began construction. We were able to keep current operations going while we removed a significant part of roof and the owner remained operational during the entire construction phase. We completed construction with an extremely aggressive schedule in a tight space. We were able to meet owner’s schedule when other contractors were not able to by reevaluating the shoring needs and installing a deeper foundation to minimize the need for shoring. This enabled us to complete the project with significantly lower cost and at a significantly faster speed.
