James Brown Arena Windsor Club
This job involved a number of renovations within the James Brown Arena. The project consisted of complete mechanical/chiller system replacement while keeping owner in operations for events. All alarm systems were completely upgraded and the alarm system change was performed in a manner such that the new system was completely installed while original system was in operation. Once the new system infrastructure and controls were in place, the original system was abandoned and removed. During construction, then owner added to the scope of work the Windsor Club with intention of it being a VIP entertainment area. This space consisted of 2000 square feet with bar, and seating area along with outside patio.
